Lendistry is seeking a Processor II in Los Angeles to review and submit SBA loan requests, coordinate with borrowers and internal teams, and ensure complete package retrieval and compliance with SBA guidelines. The role focuses on handling SBA 7(a) and 504 loans throughout the processing lifecycle.

A key priority is managing administrative and logistical aspects, gathering documentation and ensuring adherence to product guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SBA lending programs, including SBA 7(a) and 504.
• Familiarity with SBA SOP guidelines, eligibility standards, and compliance documentation.
• Experience reviewing financial statements, tax returns, entity documents, and supporting loan documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process and review SBA loan files for completeness and compliance.
• Coordinate with borrowers and internal teams to obtain SBA-required documentation.
• Prepare and maintain loan files for SBA 7(a), 504, and other government-guaranteed programs.
• Identify and resolve documentation deficiencies and processing conditions.
• Monitor timelines and follow up on outstanding conditions to support timely funding.
