Job summary

FranFund is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to guide borrowers through SBA loan requests and lender proposals. You will manage pipelines, ensure accurate documentation, and present loan packages to lenders in a fast-paced, office-based setting.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in relevant operations or finance roles, strong math and communication skills, and familiarity with SBA loans. After training, hybrid work may be considered.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for business correspondence.
• Experience analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and loan documents.
• Familiarity with SBA loans and lender processes; Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage large client pipelines from loan packaging to funding completion.
• Guide clients on loan program requirements, including process, timing, and documentation.
• Ensure accuracy in completing loan documentation for lender credit approval.
• Prepare and present loan request packages to a network of lenders.
• Communicate with third parties involved in the process (e.g., franchisors, franchise consultants).
• Stay current on lender policies and SBA SOPs.
• Build and maintain lender relationships to negotiate and represent client needs.
