Lendistry, a leading minority-led lender, seeks a Processor II to review SBA loan files, coordinate with underwriters, and manage documentation for 7(a) and 504 programs. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and data integrity across systems, with occasional travel and a hybrid schedule after 30 days.

You will communicate with borrowers, collect financial statements and tax returns, and ensure all SBA eligibility and collateral requirements are met before closing.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SBA lending programs (7(a), 504) and related guidelines.
• Experience reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and entity documents.
• Ability to identify deficiencies and ensure SBA eligibility before closing.

Responsibilities

• Process and review SBA loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Coordinate with borrowers, underwriters, closers, and third parties to collect documents.
• Prepare loan files for SBA 7(a), 504 and other gov't programs throughout processing.
• Monitor conditions and support timely funding and closing.
