- 2–5 years in loan servicing, risk management, escrow processing, or related lending operations.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Knowledge of SBA lending programs and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee loan servicing operations and portfolio performance.
- Monitor portfolio quality and identify risks.
- Manage collections activities and loan modifications.
- Ensure compliance with lending regulations and internal policies.
- Analyze portfolio trends and prepare management reports.
- Collaborate with lending, underwriting, and business development teams.
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Supervise portfolio servicing staff and maintain records.
