Responsibilities

Administer SBA loans for individuals, trusts, LLCs, corporations, and partnerships.
Perform comprehensive due diligence (UCC searches, title work, insurance verification, flood certifications).
Prepare and review loan documentation using LaserPro.
Monitor loan status and provide timely updates, including rush transactions.
Ensure full SBA compliance with guidelines and bank policies.
Serve as SME on SBA loan documentation and procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams and participate in pipeline calls and meetings.
Support workflow coordination and resolve complex loan administration issues.
