Fortune 500 Bank is seeking an SBA Loan Administrator to support SBA loan operations from a remote position based in Phoenix, AZ or Chicago, IL. You will manage a diverse portfolio, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as SME on SBA loan procedures.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a Fortune 500 Bank as an SBA Loan Administrator, supporting SBA loan operations by managing a complex portfolio and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards. This remote position, based in Phoenix or Chicago, is responsible for administering SBA loans for a variety of entities, performing comprehensive due diligence, preparing and reviewing loan documentation, and acting as a subject matter expert on SBA loan procedures. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, participate in meetings, and play a key role in resolving complex loan administration issues while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and accuracy.Application Window: October 9th, 2026 - October 16th, 2026

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Administer SBA loans for individuals, trusts, LLCs, corporations, and partnerships
• Perform comprehensive due diligence, including UCC searches, title work, insurance verification, and flood certifications
• Prepare and review loan documentation using LaserPro, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Monitor loan status and provide timely updates, including handling rush transactions

WHAT YOU BRING

• 1-3 years of SBA loan administration experience
• Associate or bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LaserPro
• Strong understanding of SBA lending requirements and documentation standards
• Ability to manage complex loan portfolios and ensure regulatory compliance
