• Processes operational transactions, researches discrepancies, and answers inquiries.
• Provides high-quality service by researching issues and resolving complex requests.
• Serves as SME for SBA servicing processes and assists with training.
• Handles loan modifications, deferrals, bookings, and reconciliations per policy.
