Ohio Statewide Development Corporation seeks a detail-driven Loan Officer with underwriting or credit analysis experience to help small businesses access capital across Ohio. The role blends business development, relationship management, and financial analysis in a collaborative environment.

You will develop expertise in SBA 504 and state loan programs, structuring opportunities and guiding projects from initial conversations through underwriting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in business/finance or related field.
• Experience analyzing financial statements, credit information, and ratios.
• Underwriting or credit analysis experience in commercial lending environment.
• Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage lending relationships to support organizational growth and mission.
• Market lending programs to business owners, lenders, and referral sources.
• Build relationships with banks, credit unions, business owners, and community partners.
• Meet with business owners to understand financing needs and identify solutions.
• Initiate and structure SBA 504 loan opportunities and ensure compliance with SBA requirements.
• Collect financial data for underwriting and complete credit analysis.
