Job summary

Dublin Chamber seeks a detail-driven Loan Officer to support small businesses across Ohio with financing opportunities. You will build relationships with business owners, lenders, and referral partners while guiding loan requests through underwriting.

You'll develop expertise in SBA 504 lending and regional programs, manage multiple loan opportunities, and ensure compliance with program requirements, delivering excellent service and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years underwriting, credit analysis, commercial lending, or related banking environment.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and credit information.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Travel as needed; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop lending relationships supporting organizational growth.
• Market lending programs to business owners, lenders, and referral sources.
• Build relationships with banks, credit unions, businesses, and community partners.
• Participate in community events and business development activities.
• Meet with business owners to understand financing needs and identify solutions.
• Initiate SBA 504 loan opportunities and ensure SBA compliance.
• Collect financial data for underwriting and complete credit analysis.
• Manage multiple loan opportunities from initial contact to underwriting.
• Maintain timely, professional communication with customers and partners.
• Provide training for lenders and referral sources.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
• Deliver high level of service and positive customer experience.
