LiftFund is seeking a Loan Closing Officer to prepare compliant closing documentation for loans and grants, ensuring adherence to LiftFund, SBA, and partner guidelines. This role supports the funding readiness and the organization’s mission of expanding access to capital with dignity and respect.

Key duties include auditing applications, assembling closing packages, coordinating with title companies, and maintaining CRM data. Travel is limited and the position is on-site in a full-time capacity.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in accounting, finance, legal studies, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience with title liens and UCC filings.
• Experience reviewing financial, legal, or compliance docs in lending/grant settings preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Input and maintain data in CRM systems.
• Audit loan/grant applications to prepare closing packages for loans and grants.
• Assemble closing packages and facilitate e-signatures.
• Review closing documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage collateral liens, UCC filings, and deeds of trust recordings.
• Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, and vendors on closing documents.
• Prepare SBA 7(a) closing docs and onboard loan files to service providers.
• Ensure compliance with funding programs and post-closing requirements.
• Interpret program guidelines for various loan/grant products.
