Qualifications

5+ years in commercial lending, credit analysis, or loan portfolio management.
Strong ability to analyze commercial financial statements and assess credit risk.
Experience with SBA lending (7A) and loan portfolio monitoring.

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor an assigned commercial loan portfolio to ensure high credit quality.
Perform detailed financial analysis and periodic reviews of borrowers.
Maintain risk ratings and recommend changes based on financial condition and market trends.
Collaborate with lenders and analysts on renewals, modifications, and portfolio strategies.
Prepare annual reviews, credit memorandums, and monitoring documentation.
