Competenze

• Four-year college degree or equivalent.
• 3 - 5 years commercial bank credit underwriting/portfolio management experience.
• Completion of a formal credit training program a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of loan documentation, bank rules and regulations (BSA, KYC, CRA).
• Understanding of intermediate accounting and its application to credit underwriting.
• Ability to critically think, formulate and defend credit decisions.
• Ability to negotiate balancing risk and shareholder value.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills; excellent written/verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Moody's software.

Mansioni

• Prepare credit analysis (C&I / Middle Market / Private) on borrowers/loan accounts.
• Support banking officers in granting credit.
• Maintain robust pipeline and meet deadlines.
• Monitor loan files for current financial information and required documentation.
