Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a dedicated professional to review, coordinate, and administer SBA construction and renovation loan transactions in a compliance-focused role.

You will oversee documentation, lien perfection, and disbursements from loan approval through project completion, collaborating with Relationship Managers and SBA Underwriters. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in commercial real estate loan administration (or 5+ transferable years) and knowledge of SBA 7(a)/504 rules; a high school

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in commercial real estate loan administration, OR at least 5 years of transferable experience in commercial loan administration.
• Familiarity with SBA lending programs (7(a) and/or 504) and related rules.

Responsibilities

• Review, coordinate, and administer SBA construction and renovation loan transactions.
• Ensure compliance with SBA 7(a)/504 program requirements and loan documentation standards.
• Oversee construction loan documentation, lien perfection, and disbursement controls from approval through project completion.
