Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a knowledgeable professional to review, coordinate, and administer SBA construction and renovation loan transactions in support of small business clients.

You will ensure compliance with SBA 7(a) and 504 programs, bank credit policy, and loan documentation standards while overseeing documentation, lien perfection, and disbursement administration from approval to project completion. Successful candidates will work with Relationship Managers, SBA Underwriters, and Loan

Qualifications

• Experience with SBA 7(a) and/or 504 programs and construction financing.
• Knowledge of use‑of‑proceeds rules, lien requirements, and disbursement controls.
• Ability to review, approve, and administer construction draws and related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review, coordinate, and administer SBA construction/renovation loan transactions.
• Oversee lien perfection, and draw disbursements from loan approval through project completion.
• Liaise with borrowers, attorneys, title companies, and SBA service providers through all phases.
