Job summary

First United Bank in Durant, OK seeks an SBA Construction and Funding Specialist to manage SBA 7(a) and 504 loan funding and ensure SBA and bank policy compliance. You will review construction documents, coordinate disbursements, inspect invoices, and interact with borrowers, Loan Officers, and third-party funds administrators to keep projects on budget and on schedule.

A high school diploma or GED is required; college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in construction loan funding.
• Knowledge of SBA 7(a) and 504 program requirements and AIA documents.

Responsibilities

• Reviews construction documents prior to loan closing to ensure compliance.
• Coordinates with borrowers, loan officers and third-party funds administrators for disbursements.
• Ensures disbursements comply with bank and SBA requirements and documents are complete.
• Maintains funding status reports for management.
