Job summary

U.S. Bank in San Diego seeks a Commercial Real Estate Construction Loan Administrator to review and negotiate loan documents and manage construction draws from approval through project completion.

You will partner with Relationship Managers and CRE Loan Administrators as the primary liaison with customers, attorneys, and title company representatives, ensuring compliance and timely disbursements. Notary Public commission is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in CRE loan administration, or at least 5 years transferable experience in commercial loan administration.
• Notary Public commission requirement.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate CRE construction loan documents and protect the bank's interests.
• Analyze and administer construction draw disbursements from loan approval to project completion.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and CRE Loan Administrators as primary liaison with customers, attorneys, and title company representatives.
