Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced administrator for SBA construction and renovation loans. You will review, coordinate and oversee disbursements, ensuring compliance with SBA 7(a)/504 programs, bank policy, and documentation standards.

You will work with Relationship Managers, SBA Underwriters, and loan teams to manage the end-to-end draw process, maintaining lender protections and accurate lien and title records.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial real estate loan administration.
• Knowledge of SBA 7(a) and 504 programs.
• Experience with construction draw administration.
• Notary commission capability.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, coordinate, and administer SBA construction/renovation loan transactions.
• Ensure SBA terms, use-of-proceeds rules, and lien requirements are followed.
• Oversee construction draw disbursements from approval to final servicing.
• Serve as primary liaison with borrowers, attorneys, title companies, and service providers.
• Ensure post-approval conditions are met and documentation is complete.
