Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced CRE loan administrator to review and negotiate commercial real estate construction loan documents and manage draw disbursements through project completion.

The role collaborates with Relationship Managers and loan administrators, serving as the primary liaison with customers, attorneys, title companies, and construction consultants. The candidate should have a high school diploma and 2–3 years of CRE loan administration experience (or 5 years transferable).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years CRE loan administration experience, or at least five years of transferable commercial loan administration experience.
• Must meet the requirements to be commissioned as a Notary Public.

Responsibilities

• Review and/or negotiate CRE construction loan documents to protect the bank’s interests.
• Analyze and administer construction draw disbursements from loan approval to project completion.
• Partner with Relationship Managers and CRE Loan Administrators as primary liaison with customers, attorneys, title companies, and consultants.
