U.S. Bank is seeking a seasoned SBA construction loan administrator to review, coordinate, and oversee construction loan transactions from approval through project completion.

You will ensure adherence to SBA rules, lien and collateral requirements, and accurate disbursement controls. You’ll partner with Relationship Managers, SBA Underwriters, and Loan Administrators to service owner-occupied projects, renovations, and expansions, while maintaining regulatory compliance and notary commissioning

Formación

• Experience with SBA 7(a) and 504 loan programs and construction/renovation financing.
• Knowledge of use-of-proceeds rules, lien and collateral requirements, and disbursement controls.
• Experience with construction draw administration, budget reviews, lien waivers, and title updates.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; notary commission may be required.
