Unity Bank in Clinton, NJ seeks a Loan Closing Manager to prepare commercial and SBA loan documents and coordinate closings with analysts, attorneys, and internal partners. The role includes supervising junior staff and ensuring compliance with policy and regulations.

You will assemble required documents, verify borrower information, and track collateral perfection while processing disbursements and changes in terms as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three years of experience in commercial real estate lending environment.
• Database experience.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate loan closings with analysts and bank attorneys.
• Examine documents and verify accuracy of borrower information in the file.
• Assemble all documents essential for loan closing including Flood Certification, Title Commitment, UCC and property searches.
• Verify use of proceeds and disburse loan according to approval.
• Assemble and verify accuracy and completeness of loan documentation in compliance with Bank policy and regulations.
• Maintain document tracking system and ensure collateral is properly perfected.
• Communicate with customers, loan officers, credit analysts, attorneys, and outside vendors to obtain necessary documents to close loans.
