About the Position

The SBA Business Development Officer will collaborate with the SBA Manager to develop relationships with prospective clients for SBA products and services. The role involves identifying clients' financial needs and matching them with our offerings. The officer will learn the SBA lending systems, products, and services, and ensure all SBA loans comply with relevant laws, regulations, and SBA SOP. Responsibilities include gathering documentation, ensuring compliance, and processing loans efficiently according to bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a team environment. You possess the following:

  • Education/Certification: Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field preferred.
  • Required Knowledge: Understanding of general banking concepts, regulations, and standard practices.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in marketing or related industry.
