Zusammenfassung

Insight HRM is seeking an SBA Loan Officer for Michigan’s Certified Development Corporation network. The LO will build a referral network across the Upper Peninsula and Northwest Lower Peninsula, advising lenders and borrowers on SBA 504 loan structures, underwriting, and closings.

Primary responsibilities include nurturing lender partnerships, evaluating borrower eligibility, and conducting training for COIs.

Qualifikationen

• Five+ years of commercial lending experience, SBA lending preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, economics, finance or equivalent.
• Ability to travel within LO territory on a weekly basis.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and have a valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Nurture and expand lending partner relationships to grow SBA 504 loan opportunities.
• Assess borrower eligibility and guide through loan process including closing and funding.
• Conduct training for lenders and Centers of Influence (COIs).
• Host marketing and educational events with lenders and COIs.
• Develop referral networks across industries to expand SBA 504 loan opportunities.
• Apply SBA SOPs to evaluate loan applications for accuracy and eligibility.
