This role emphasizes hands-on classes, selling cookware and tools, and maintaining safety standards while engaging customers and inspiring a love for cooking.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of employment.
• A culinary arts degree is preferred; however, candidates with extensive culinary experience and demonstrated technical proficiency will be considered in lieu of formal education.
• 1-2 years of kitchen operations experience.
• Valid Food Manager Certification.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for community engagement and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Represent brand through memorable in-store culinary experiences that inspire repeat visits and customer loyalty.
• Deliver class experiences focusing on savory cooking that reflect the brand’s passion for food, teaching, and high standards, following provided recipes and game plans.
• Communicate technical cooking concepts in a clear, encouraging manner and assist guests with hands-on instruction.
• Maintain expertise by staying current on products and training, and actively seeking resources to improve classes.
