You will develop formulations, support product launches, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and BD teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. Ideal candidates hold a BS in Food Science or related field with up to two years of experience in the food industry, strong reporting skills, and the ability to

Competenze

• BS in Food Science/Engineering with 0–2+ years in the food industry.
• Knowledge of common food applications, ingredient functionality and interactions.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills for formulation development.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to present technical reports.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support across a broad range of food applications (B&B/Savory).
• Develop and validate formulations and prototypes in pilot plant and lab benches.
• Support product line management, existing lines and new product launches.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Marketing to drive growth.
• Execute pilot and production scale trials and document results.
