Job summary

Fireseeds is seeking a Division Leader in Savannah, GA to oversee operations, finance, and business development for a multi-project portfolio. The role requires relocation to the Savannah area with travel to Charleston and Jacksonville, while staff operate primarily in Savannah.

You will drive performance, safety, and client relations, building a high-performing team of PMs, superintendents, and support staff.

Qualifications

10+ years in construction management with 5+ years in management.
Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-project operations.
Strong financial acumen (P&L, forecasting, budgeting).
Track record of business development and client relationship management.
Ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and improve performance.

Responsibilities

Lead all division operations including project management, estimating, financial performance, and business development.
Own P&L, forecasting, and cost control for the division.
Oversee multiple projects to ensure on time, within budget, and high safety/quality standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and partners.
Drive new business and repeat work through performance and relationships.
Hire, develop, and lead high-performing teams of PMs, superintendents, and staff.
Establish and execute short- and long-term strategic plans for growth.
