The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in construction management with 5+ years in leadership, plus strong experience in P&L, forecasting, and business development. You will oversee PMs, estimators, and staff while driving safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction management with 5+ years in management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-project operations.
• Strong financial acumen (P&L, forecasting, budgeting).
• Track record of business development and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead division operations including project management, estimating, financial performance, and business development.
• Own P&L, forecasting, and cost control for the division.
• Oversee multiple projects to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest safety and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and partners.
• Drive new business and repeat work through performance and relationships.
• Hire, develop, and lead high-performing teams of PMs, superintendents, and staff.
• Establish and execute both short- and long-term strategic plans for growth.
