FireSeeds seeks a Division Manager to lead and scale operations in the Coastal market. You’ll oversee project management, estimating, financial performance, and business development, ensuring safety and quality across multiple projects.

This leadership role demands 10+ years in construction, 5+ in management, and a proven ability to drive profitability, relationships with clients and subcontractors, and the development of high-performing teams across PMs and superintendents.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction management.
• 5+ years in a management role.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-project operations.
• Strong financial acumen (P&L, forecasting, budgeting).
• Track record in business development and client relationship management.
• Ability to lead teams, drive accountability and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead division operations including project management, estimating, financial performance and business development.
• Own P&L, forecasting and cost control for the division.
• Oversee multiple projects to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget, with top safety and quality.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors and partners.
• Drive new business and repeat work through performance and relationships.
• Hire, develop and lead high-performing teams of PMs, superintendents and staff.
• Establish and execute short- and long-term strategic plans for growth.
