Job summary

FireSeeds is seeking a Division Manager to lead and scale operations for an industrial, civil, and power construction portfolio in the Coastal market. This leadership role drives profitability, project execution, and team performance across multiple projects, while owning P&L, forecasting, and cost control.

Travel between Charleston and Jacksonville with staff based in Savannah is expected. This role offers high visibility, strategic influence, and opportunities to build and lead high-performing

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction management with 5+ years in management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-project operations.
• Strong financial acumen (P&L, forecasting, budgeting).
• Track record of business development and client relationship management.
• Ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and improve performance.
