Job summary

FireSeeds is seeking a Division Manager to lead and scale operations in the Coastal market, overseeing project management, estimating, financial performance, and business development to drive profitability.

This leadership role travels between Charleston and Jacksonville with Savannah staff, delivering multiple projects on time and on budget while upholding safety and quality standards, building strong client and partner relationships, and guiding high-performing PMs, superintendents, and staff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction management with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-project operations.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L, forecasting, budgeting.
• Proven business development and client relationship management.
• Ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead division operations including project management, estimating, financial performance, and business development.
• Own P&L, forecasting, and cost control for the division.
• Oversee multiple projects to ensure on time, on budget, with high safety and quality standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and partners.
• Drive new business and repeat work through performance and relationships.
• Hire, develop, and lead high-performing teams of PMs, superintendents, and staff.
• Establish and execute short- and long-term strategic plans for growth.
