CARL BUDDIG GROUP is seeking a Bench Hand for its stuffing department in Sheboygan, WI. This full-time role focuses on portioning, forming, and encasing raw product to meet product shapes and weights, supporting operators before and after stuffing operations.

Responsibilities include inspecting materials, handling stuffed products, loading materials into equipment, labeling, cleaning equipment, and ensuring food safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Requires basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Must be able to stand/walk 8–9 hours per day.
• Must understand GMP, HACCP and SQF guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Inspect raw materials and stuffed product before and after stuffing.
• Handle stuffed products (snack sticks, chubs, linked products, summer sausage).
• Load raw materials into equipment at suitable rate for stuffing process.
• Label or wrap stuffed product prior to smoking.
• Clean stuffing containers and machines.
• Report food safety and quality issues to supervisor/QA.
