Job summary

BEF Foods, Inc. is seeking a production associate to operate the sausage packaging line, performing slicing, stuffing and packing tasks in a fast-paced facility. You will handle loading, unloading, and transferring materials while maintaining standard weights and quality.

The role requires adherence to GMP and SQF practices, wear of PPE, and ability to work 10+ hour shifts in a noisy, cold environment. High school diploma preferred; forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Fork Lift/Pallet Jack Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Slice, stuff, package and box sausage products manually or by mechanical means.
• Load/unload materials and packaging from racks or pallets.
• Transfer finished products and raw materials to designated locations in plant/warehouse or on production line.
• Follow SQF principles per the SQF Practitioner.
• Adhere to safety requirements and wear PPE as prescribed.
• All other duties as assigned.
