Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of experience as a Backup Stuffing Operator.
• Experience with ready-to-eat processed meats is strongly preferred.
• Fast-paced environment readiness with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw blended meat for processing into sausage products.
• Monitor cooking temperatures and drive time to ensure specifications.
• Complete documentation for lot tracking and traceability.
