Johnsonville is seeking candidates for Deboning Floor positions in Wisconsin. Members remove meat from sow carcasses to prepare brats, breakfast sausage, and ground pork.

Roles involve handling meat, knives and equipment while maintaining quality at line speed, with GMP and safety policies strictly followed. Applicants must pass pre-employment screenings and be comfortable working in a refrigerated environment.

Responsabilités

• Cutting and preparing meat for further processing.
• Using a straight knife and motorized knife to remove meat.
• Using a saw to cut ribs.
• Cleaning, sharpening, and maintaining knives, tools and equipment.
• Learn and perform several job functions in department at line speed.
• Adhere to all GMP and Safety policies.
• Attend plant meetings and complete monthly safety observations and trainings.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
