Job summary

EchoStar is hiring technicians to deliver TV and Smart Home solutions to customers’ homes. You will receive training to lead a world-class customer experience, educate customers, and connect with the team to ensure excellent service.

Roles involve installing DISH equipment, teaching customers how to use technology, and maintaining a professional, flexible approach across shifts including evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required to drive company vehicle to customer sites and offices.
• Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, weight limit 335 lb.
• Customer focus; problem-solving; determination; adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech.
• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
