Job summary

The Boeing Company seeks a Satellite Customer Operations Support Engineer (Lead) to be the on-orbit customer’s main Boeing contact and deliver 24/7 support for commercial, civil, and DoD customers involved with Boeing Space Mission Systems.

You will lead investigations, coordinate RCCAs, and provide timely systems engineering input across propulsion, attitude control, guidance and navigation, and power subsystems.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-orbit customer’s main Boeing contact and respond to engineering and operations questions.
• Lead investigations and RCCAs, coordinating a response team for anomalies.
• Provide 24/7 prompt support and maintain clear written/verbal communication with customers and internal teams.
• Guide customers on system-level considerations across propulsion, attitude control, guidance and navigation, and power subsystems.
