Job summary

Boeing is seeking a systems engineer to develop and integrate Command & Control software for MILSATCOM ground systems. You will participate in agile development, conduct system integration, testing, and verification, and support customer demonstrations.

Responsibilities include designing interface documents, supporting ground systems architecture, and ensuring performance requirements meet customer needs across lifecycle-balanced system solutions.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance required.
• U.S. Person status for export control compliance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• 2+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with system integration, testing, or troubleshooting.
• Experience with systems engineering or willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with requirements verification and test processes.
• Experience with system requirements generation and verification.
• Employer will not sponsor employment visa status.
• Candidates must satisfy the Conflict of Interest assessment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate Command & Control software systems for ground systems in an agile environment.
• Perform system integration, testing, verification, and customer demonstrations.
• Develop and document ground-system test plans and procedures.
• Plan, design, develop, and verify lifecycle-balanced system-of-systems solutions.
• Analyze customer and operational needs to define performance requirements and ensure interface compatibility.
