Job summary

This role leads a multi-disciplinary team through design, build, integration, test and operations, shaping architecture requirements and ensuring compliance with requirements and program commitments.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Top Secret clearance (or recently active).
• 10+ years minimum related experience.
• Experience leading people in a technical environment as a team lead or manager.
• Experience communicating with senior managers, executives, customers, partners, suppliers, subcontractors, and government representatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead an impactful team across design, build, deployment, operations and maintenance for systems engineering across platforms and products.
• Direct architecture requirements and design with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Oversee engineering activities to ensure process discipline, adherence to requirements, and performance to program commitments.
• Navigate complex system architecture development with multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure modern, best practices across programs and product lines for development and integration.
• Identify and communicate risk mitigations to technical teams and leadership.
• Contribute to strategy, roadmaps, and technology plans for end-to-end mission integration.
