Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking a NOC Specialist (Satellite) to support the Federal Government with O&M and PM services from Mount Weather, Virginia. The role requires strong satellite knowledge and the ability to monitor and report on satellite networks for government task orders.

Work involves 5 days on-site, possible weekend shifts, and occasional telework/backup locations. Top Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have satellite knowledge and skill sets.
• Experience with an iDirect satellite solution is preferred.
• Ability to provide monitoring and reporting support to a satellite hub station.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, configure, and manage DHS/ FEMA satellite network.
• Administer and operate earth station equipment and remote servers.
• Produce bandwidth usage and traffic reports and other required government reports.
