Ibex Pittsburgh is hiring a Customer Support & Sales Representative to join our in-person team at 500 Penn Center Blvd, Monroeville, PA. You will handle inbound customer interactions, promote satellite internet services, educate customers on product features, and close sales while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telecommunications is preferred but not required. We will train you!
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to explain technical information to everyday customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound interactions to provide customer support while promoting satellite internet
• Provide support with activating equipment, password resets, service plan management and general information inquiries
• Complete service order requests and negotiate when needed
• Create a positive customer experience through empathy, patience, and resolving concerns
• Explain product benefits, including speed, reliability, installation details, and service availability
• Meet and exceed sales targets, conversion goals, and quality metrics
• Accurately process orders, update customer information, and document interactions
• Collaborate with leaders and trainers to continuously improve product knowledge
