Loft Orbital is seeking a Technical Recruiter to scale satellite engineering teams, owning end-to-end recruitment for hardware and product engineering roles critical to design, development, integration, and operation of our satellite systems.

You will source, assess, and place specialists across mechanical, electrical, embedded, RF, and hardware test disciplines, partnering with managers and our internal recruiting team to build strong pipelines in competitive markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with a focus on hardware and engineering roles.
• Proven sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and creative passive candidate engagement.
• Experience recruiting hardware/product engineering across mechanical, electrical, embedded, RF, and test disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process—from sourcing to offer—for specialized hardware engineering roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and assess top talent.
• Build and maintain pipelines for competitive hardware engineering markets and provide market insights.
