Loft Orbital Solutions is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end sourcing and hiring for hardware and product engineering teams integral to satellite systems. You will partner with managers to translate complex technical requirements into effective recruiting strategies and build pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on passive candidate engagement, technical screening, and managing interviews from initial contact to offer, with an emphasis on aerospace hardware

Qualificações

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting, focused on hardware and engineering roles.
• Proactive sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and creative passive-candidate engagement.
• Experience recruiting hardware and product engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, embedded, RF, systems, test).
• Strong understanding of hardware concepts: CAD, GD&T, PCB, signal integrity, power electronics.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into sourcing strategies (embedded C/C++, RTOS, FPGA, RF, EMI/EMC).
• Familiarity with hardware verification, testing methods, environmental testing.
• Experience recruiting in aerospace/space/defense or related deep-tech industries.
• Proven ability to build pipelines for specialized hardware roles in competitive markets.
• Ability to pitch Loft's mission and culture to passive candidates.
• Experience phone screens, assess alignment, manage communication through interview lifecycle.
• Proficient with ATS tools; Lever preferred.
• Collaborative with hiring managers and internal recruiting team; provide market insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for hardware and product engineering roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for specialized hardware positions.
• Screen candidates via phone and assess technical alignment.
• Coordinate interview processes and candidate communications through to offers.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS (Lever).
