Loft Orbital is seeking a Technical Recruiter with a strong hardware and product engineering focus to scale satellite teams in Golden, CO and beyond. You’ll own the full-cycle process from sourcing to offer, partnering with hiring managers to attract engineers across mechanical, electrical, embedded, RF, and systems disciplines.

You’ll translate highly technical requirements into sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and drive a fast-paced hiring process in a space-focused environment,

Formación

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting with a hardware focus.
• Proactive sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Experience recruiting hardware/product engineering disciplines.
• Understanding CAD, PCB design, RF, embedded systems.
• Translate technical requirements into sourcing strategies.
• Experience in aerospace/space hardware recruiting.
• Build and maintain pipelines for niche roles.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.
• Phone screens and interview coordination.
• Proficiency with Lever ATS.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify and attract top hardware engineers.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the interview lifecycle.
• Screen for technical alignment and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with internal recruiting team and provide market insights.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate pipelines.
