Job summary

KBR’s National Security Solutions team seeks a SATCOM Test and Evaluation Engineer for Colorado Springs, CO or El Segundo, CA. You will develop T&E strategies, TEMP, verification plans, and evaluation criteria, while supporting reviews, audits, and IPTs. Travel up to 25% is required.

An active SECRET clearance is required. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in engineering/CS/physics/math and 5+ years of DoD T&E experience; 2+ years leading test projects; strong communication skills; MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, physics, math or related field.
• 5+ years of test and evaluation experience with DoD/USAF processes.
• 2+ years leading multi-faceted tests and test project teams.
• Experience working with military or DoD civilian clients and managing relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop T&E strategy and TEMP development.
• Create verification/test plans, objectives, and evaluation criteria.
• Review, analyze, and report T&E data.
• Support DoD-compliant deficiency reporting and resolution.
• Lead IPTs, DRBs, MIPRBs, and TIMs; participate in audits and reviews.
• Travel to DoD/test sites up to 25% annually.
