Job summary

KBR's National Security Solutions team seeks a Sustainment Test & Evaluation (T&E) Engineer to support a SSC PMO at Peterson Space Force Base, CO. You will conduct independent testing for MILSATCOM and NC3 systems, test planning, execution and assessment using government processes.

The role requires a DoD SECRET clearance, a technical degree, and 5+ years in DoD test methods, with leadership experience. Onsite work with up to 20% travel to CONUS/OCONUS.

Qualifications

• Active DoW SECRET clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science, or similar technical discipline.
• 10+ years leadership/management experience.
• 5+ years experience with DoW/USAF/USSF test processes and documentation.
• 5+ years experience working with military or DoW civilian clients and managing professional relationships.
• 5+ years experience in a highly competitive multi-contractor environment.
• Excellent written, verbal communications and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, coordinate and execute testing on MILSATCOM systems and subsystems.
• Provide engineering and technical support, including circuit troubleshooting and defect isolation.
• Author/test documents: plans, procedures, diagrams, reports.
• Travel up to 20% to CONUS/OCONUS locations.
