Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks an Enterprise Test & Evaluation Engineer to join the National Security Solutions team, focusing on SATCOM test and evaluation for DoD programs.

The role supports the Space Force and SSC with T&E strategies, TEMP development, and test planning at MSEIT locations in Colorado Springs, CO and El Segundo, CA. The candidate will develop verification plans, assess test activities, and prepare briefings for integration teams, with regular travel and collaboration across IPTs and DRBs.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, physics, math or related technical field.
• 5+ years test and evaluation experience with DoD/USAF processes.
• 2+ years leading multi-faceted tests and test project teams.
• Experience with military or DoD civilian clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Developing T&E strategy, TEMP Development Evaluation Framework, requirement verification and test plans, test objectives, test methodology, and evaluation criteria.
• Collecting, reviewing, analyzing, and reporting T&E data.
• Supporting implementation of common T&E database for the program.
• Supporting development of DoD compliant deficiency reporting and resolution system.
• Supporting T&E reviews, audits, IPTs, DRBs, MIPRBs, TIMs.
• Travel to DoD and contractor test sites up to 25% per year.
