Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Network Support Analyst to support DISA DGOC at Hill AFB, UT. The role involves creating and updating tickets, monitoring 24x7 operations, configuring routers, switches, firewalls, voice equipment, and SATCOM IP networks in support of DoD missions.

U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required to start. DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification is required at start, and the ability to work in a 24/7 environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification at start date.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operations environment.
• Moderate experience with SAA/GAAs for network configuration.
• Moderate understanding of MILSATCOM encryption devices.
• Moderate understanding of SATCOM architecture and signal flow.
• Currently possess an active Secret security clearance.
• Ability to manage IP over SATCOM networks using FM-TDMA hubs.

Responsibilities

• Create and update tickets to aid in customer problem tracking and resolution.
• Monitor network events and element management failures in real time 24x7.
• Perform IP network support including router, switch, firewalls, and voice configurations.
• Perform IP SATCOM modem support including option/boot/RSP file handling.
• Remotely access and de-access customers into the IP/SATCOM networks.
• Troubleshoot SATCOM and IP network issues with DoD SATCOM gateways.
• Verify equipment operates in baseline configuration.
• Provide remote global equipment configurations at DoD SATCOM Gateways.
