Job summary

Leidos Inc is seeking a Network Support Analyst to support the DISA Global Operations Center based in Riverdale, Utah. This role involves monitoring network events, troubleshooting SATCOM and IP network issues, and requires an active Secret security clearance. Candidates should have DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification (Security+ CE or equivalent) and experience in a 24x7 operational environment. Qualifications

• Must have DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification at start date.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operations environment.
• Moderate understanding and experience with SATCOM architecture and signal flow.

Responsibilities

• Create and update tickets using DISA ticketing applications.
• Monitor network events in real-time.
• Perform IP network support including configuration of routers and switches.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SATCOM and IP network issues.

Skills

DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification

Experience with SAA/GAAs

Understanding of MILSATCOM encryption devices

Experience with SATCOM architecture

Manage IP over SATCOM networks

Education

High school diploma
