Job summary

Cato Networks is seeking a Channel-based Sales Engineer to be the technical face to our partner ecosystem. You will enable, support, and grow the partner technical community, working closely with Channel Account Managers to position SASE and cloud security.

Responsibilities include delivering demonstrations, conducting training, presenting at events, addressing RFIs/RFPs, and translating customer needs to Product teams. Travel within the partner territory is expected.

Qualifications

4 years of Pre-Sales or Consulting experience in network and/or cloud security.
Proven track record in software sales.
Comprehensive understanding of networking technology: LAN/WAN, switching, routing, security, cloud.
Strong presentation skills and written communication in emails, RFPs, and reports.
Organized, analytical, creative and adaptive in approach and finding solutions.

Responsibilities

Provide technical overviews and demonstrations to our partners.
Deliver technical training on SASE, networking and security for different audiences.
Present the product to partners at field events such as conferences and seminars.
Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams.
Travel throughout partner territory.
