Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Utility Industry, Customer Service project delivery / Customer Transformation project delivery
• Minimum of 2 years of functional experience in SAP
• Expertise in Meter to Cash operations, functions, and technologies
• Expertise in major Customer Transformation and technology implementations (e.g., CIS replacements)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consulting engagements in energy retail and customer service with focus on digital transformation
• Serve as primary client contact for senior executives and align with client objectives
• Develop and execute strategies to improve client performance and drive revenue
• Manage project teams, guiding junior members and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
• Lead business development, craft proposals, and represent the Utilities practice in sales
• Contribute to thought leadership and stay current on industry and regulatory trends
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment
