Job summary

EY is seeking a Testing Manager to plan and execute test cycles for large SAP implementations. You will work with the project team and third parties to confirm requirements and the approach to meet testing needs, building test scenarios and cases that cover all business requirements and the defined strategy.

You will lead delivery of technology transformation projects, providing assurance on timelines, costs, and quality, while guiding both technical and non-technical teams in developing

Qualifications

• Define the test strategy, planning, and QA for large SAP projects.
• Drive test design, preparation, and execution across diverse business requirements.
• Familiarity with project and portfolio management tools and practices.
• Understanding of iterative and hybrid delivery methodologies in large programs.
• Experience leading testing efforts across multiple streams and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and track milestones and status.
• Participate in client sessions and steer workstreams from planning to closure.
• Manage engagement economics, budgets, and resource plans.
• Travel regularly as needed by the client.
